Join us for our annual FIESTA! We are celebrating with Mexican bites and tequila cocktails. Chef Edel has crafted a tasty menu that will be available starting at 3pm. You can always count on our head bartender Luis to come up with fantastic tequila cocktails to pair with the food! It is sure to be nothing short of AMAZING! Hand-crafted in the village of San Baltazar Chichicapa. Agave: Espadín. Nose of sweet roasted agave & toasted corn, palate of dried fruit & sweet almond, finish of chocolate & mint | 23

Del Maguay, Crema De Mezcal
From the tropical riverbed in the village of San Luis Del Rio where the Red Ant River Flows. Agave: Espadín. Naturally fermeted and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. A unique combination of natural agave syrup and mezcal. Nose of roast agave, vanilla and pear, almond, coffee; palate of pineapple and sweet orange | 13

Del Maguay, Minero
From the village of Santa Catarina Minas from a palenque with a long view of the flat, open, treelined valley. Agave: Espadín. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in ancestral clay stills with bamboo tubing. A nose of granite and fig, palate of citrus, honey and green herbs | 23

Del Maguay, San Pablo Ameyaltepec
This mezcal is made by mezcalero Aurelio Gonzalez Tobon. This is a very floral mezcal that has notes of spice, lilac and tropical fruit. Agave: Tobala. Notes of bright citrus balanced with it’s creamy texture | 39

Del Maguay, Wild Papalome
Grown in the shade of banana trees, saddled on the edge of a high valley in remote village of San Pedro Teozacoalco. Agave: Wild Papalome. Naturally fermented and twice distilled using a steel pot with clay condensor & bamboo tubing. A palate of leather, slate & black olive finishing with sweet notes of dark dried black cherries | 39
